- SEN Diary Plus only: Be able to share the database with another member of staff or between School and Home machine (seamlessly Take Away the live data set between computers via a flash memory stick)
- Be able to order Check Lists on any column such as Gender and Date of Birth up to four columns can be effective at any one time
- Easily Publish an Agendas for meetings

- Export data for Microsoft Word Mail Merge
- Exclude Pupils at random from Check Lists for example, when preparing information for their new school, not all Pupils will necessarily go to the same school this enables an accurate list to be prepared
- Record Classroom sessions
- Copy a Diary Entry to many other Pupils en masse
